Upon retirement in 2006, Kim was inducted into Company Hall of Fame. For the next two years, he served as Dean of Students, The Westfield School, with responsibilities for student management, programs and discipline, campus event scheduling, physical plant management, and the bus transportation. Then, in 2009, Kim joined the staff of the Bill Glass Champions for Life Ministry - the largest prison Ministry in the world - after serving as a volunteer in various capacities since 1989.
